Lead Design Strategist  2021-2024

Developed the North Star strategy to consolidate over 20 different pharmacy cart, checkout and order status experiences for CVS, Caremark, and CVS Specialty into one experience for CVS Health patients. The consolidation includes desktop, mobile web and application experiences. Lead several design sprints which brought Product, Design and Developers together to create prototypes that solved patient prescription refill challenges in a week,
which would normally take months. Coordinated with Product Managers and Developers daily to ensure continuous alignment with the design team.

Discover Financial Services Riverwoods, IL

UX/UI Design Lead  2018-2021

Design application pages and content elements on Discover.com for quantitative testing. Work closely with developer, product owner and data analysts in an Agile team environment.

Design Lead  2016-2018

Design and manage projects in both digital and direct mail advertising channels from initial concept to completion. Projects often including digital banners, emails, direct mail, landing pages with heavy emphasis on click to end experience and utilizing results and learnings to further enhance the creative.

 

Senior Designer  2010-2016

Create direct mail, web banners, and emails for Discover card products as well as deposits, student loans, and personal loans.
